KIN fest to screen Iran’s ‘Taxi is Here’

The International Women’s Film Festival “KIN” in Armenia has been set to screen Iranian short flick ‘Taxi is Here’.

The Iranian Youth Cinema Society (IYCS) reported that ‘Taxi is Here’, written and directed by Sara Aqababaeean, will be presented at the 17th edition of the Armenian event.

The film is about a woman who takes a taxi. Upon getting to know the taxi driver, she decides to share a secret with him.

The film’s main cast members include Shaqayeq Faryadshiran and Mehrzad Nour-Hosseini.

‘Taxi is Here’ previously received the Award of Merit at the 11th IndieFEST Film Awards in the US.

The 17th edition of International Women’s Film Festival “KIN” will take place on November 9-13, 2020.
