Cayenne film fest to screen ‘Taxi is Here’

Iranian short film ‘Taxi is Here’ is set to participate at the upcoming edition of Cayenne Short Film Festival in the US.

The Iranian Youth Cinema Society reported that ‘Taxi is Here’, written and directed by Sara Aqababaeean, will be screened at the 3rd edition of the American event.

The film is about a woman who takes a taxi. Upon getting to know the taxi driver, she decides to share a secret with him.

The film’s main cast members include Shaqayeq Faryadshiran and Mehrzad Nour-Hosseini.

‘Taxi is Here’ previously received the Award of Merit at the 11th IndieFEST Film Awards in the US.

The 3rd edition of Cayenne Short Film Festival will take place on April 30-May2, 2021.
