‘Eaten’ to hit screen at Brazilian fest

The latest edition of the MOSCA - Mostra Audiovisual de Cambuquira/Cambuquira Short Film Festival in Brazil is scheduled to screen Iranian animation ‘Eaten’.

The 13th edition of the MOSCA will be showing Mohsen Rezapour’s 7-minute animation about a mysterious unknown planet named ‘Eaten’, where a rabbit-like creature is eaten. 

Three of the latest festival screenings of ‘Eaten’ include the 15th Zubroffka Int’l Short Film Festival in Poland, the 24th Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival (POFF) in Estonia and the 17th Block Animation Party in the United States.

The animation recently received an honorable mention at the 26th Golden Beggar International Film Festival in Slovakia.

‘Eaten’ has also gone on screen at a number of global events, including the 23rd Seoul International Cartoon and Animation Festival in South Korea, the 15th Dieciminuti Film Festival in Italy, the 2020 Stuttgart International Festival of Animated Film in Germany, and the 14th Annual TAIS Animation Showcase in Canada.  

The MOSCA – Cambuquira Short Film Festival is a showcase of Brazilian and international short films.

The 13th MOSCA will happen on November 27-29, 2020.
