Fajr Film Festival calls for entries

The Fajr Film Festival has announced call for entries.

The 39th edition of the Iranian event has released a call for filmmakers from around Iran to send their works to the secretariat of the festival.

The entrants can submit their requests to the festival until January 4, 2021 and the films should not have been screened before February 2012.

The FFF coincides with the ten-day Fajr ceremonies across Iran, marking the anniversary of the 1979 Islamic Revolution.

Since its establishment in 1982, the FFF has played a vital role in the development of Iranian Cinema.

Supervised by Iran’s Ministry of Culture, the festival hosts veteran directors and new filmmakers from Iran every year.
