Let's catch "Venice of Iran"

Sarakhiyeh Village is one of the tourist attractions of Iran’s southwestern province of Khuzestan.

The village is known as “the Venice of Iran” as it is encircled by water and has no roads while the only means of transportation there are boats.

Sarakhiyeh lies in the Shadegan Wetlands with high biodiversity. Winter is the best time to visit the village.
