US to host Iran short

Iranian film Iranian film ‘For Him’ has made its way to the WACO Family & Faith International Film Festival in the US.

Seyed Morteza Sabzeghaba’s short film has been accepted into the competition section of the second edition of the American event.

‘For Him’ tells the story of an old father who has been waiting for years for his son to return from a journey of no return.

The short film shows the virtue of peace as well as tragic and disastrous situation of war, Sabzeghaba said to the domestic media.

As stated on the official website of the event, the WACO Family & Faith International Film Festival’s mission is “dedicated to empowering the creative spirit, serving with heart and celebrating all”.

The 2021 edition of the fest is slated for February 4-6.
