Iranian teacher takes classroom to plains

Kolsoum Faqiri, an Iranian teacher who lives in Chahar-Chenar village in Gorgan Province, has been holding open-air classes in the plains due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Some of the students of Faqiri don’t have access to mobile phones or tablets to participate in online classes, so the teacher holds her classes in a nearby plain to help them continue their education.

Faqiri suffers from a heart disease and doctors say she should not do activities that need long hours of standing or concentration. However, her love for teaching and her care for the student’s future have brought her to the open-air class.
