Directed by Mehdi Iravani, the short flick has been made in honor of children with cancer.
Written by Pegah Emami, it revolves around a window cleaner, dissatisfied with work, who encounters an incident on a dull work day.
Set to compete at the ZOOM – ZBLIZENIA International Film Festival in Poland, ‘Behind the Glasses’ went on screen at some global events, including the International Amity Short Film Festival in Turkey and the Beloit International Film Festival in the US, where it won the Power of the Film Award.
The DCFF aims to inspire, promote and celebrate creativity by hosting and showcasing films from around the world.
The 2021 edition of the festival is slated for June 10-20.
