Masal, heaven on earth: Photos

The northern part of Iran is famous for its beauty and resembles a heaven on earth.

Masal is the second-highest city in Iran’s northern province of Gilan.  It lies near the Talish Mountains and Khalka River.

It is known for its pristine nature and hospitable people.

The best time to visit Masal is mid-spring until late summer when trees turn green with some sudden rainfalls that work best if you enjoy walking in the fog with the pleasant weather there.
