Astonishing sound of Iran's Asiatic cheetah

Touran National Park located in Shahroud city is the most important habitat of Iran's Asiatic cheetahs in the country. The park's Instagram page posted an astonishing sound recorded from one of the cheetahs there.

Cheetahs can run at speeds over 60mph! There are many ways their bodies have adapted to reach top speeds, including having an incredibly flexible spine.

Asiatic cheetahs are critically endangered with a sparse population believed to remain in Iran.

It is said that the big cat cannot roar as you hear chirp, chirp, and chirp in the video!
