Grandpa sells 200-year-old history

Seyyed-Mostafa Rahemi, 83, has been running a shop that is in fact a 200-year-old job of his ancestors in Shiraz.

This kind of shop that is common in Iran is called Attari which is a place to sell mostly medicinal herbs.

Entering a street called Qashorasho close to the Nasirolmolk Mosque (a historical mosque in Iran, AKA pink mosque) you can find Mostafa’s shop that its appearance shows the history behind it.

Photos, books, items, herbs and whatever is kept in the shop and also its architecture are an indication of the rich history behind it.
