Co-directed by Ako Zand-Karimi and Saman Hosseinpour, the 13-minute flick is being screened at the formal section of short fiction works at the 10th edition of the Spanish event.

‘Slaughter’ narrates the story of a family that has to sell its only cow to live through a tough winter.
