Children serve Imam Hussein (AS) pilgrims

Love for Imam Hussein (AS) is without boundaries and age limits and here are some online photos of adorable children serving the third Shia Imam's pilgrims.

Arbaeen falls on September 27 this year and marks the 40th day since the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein (AS), the grandson of the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).

The adorable children in these photos show they give water and food to pilgrims visiting the holy shrine of Imam Hussein (AS) in Karbala, Iraq.

Arbaeen walk ritual is practiced annually as one of the largest human gatherings in the world with people in the host country serving pilgrims food and drinks as well as providing places to stay in.

Millions of Iranians use the Arbaeen occasion to pay respect to the holy shrines of Shia Imams and other religious sites in Iraq.
