Organic grape drying in Iran

Here is a quick catch on how organic grapes dry out before turning into raisins.  Threading the freshly picked grapes is a smart way to speed up the process.    

In the attached video you can catch how the whole process of drying grapes plays out in the Iranian city of Kashan, Isfahan Province.  

Farmers in the city grow some of the best quality organic grapes for export and domestic markets. The byproduct of such organic produce includes raisins that can be used in cooking or eaten with your drinks as a sweat treat in Iran.
