Priceless discovery made by Iranian farmer under his farmland ground has ended up in safe place.
The conscientious farmer and his assistant found the relics that may date back to the Mannaeans and Medes under a field in Iran’s Divandarreh county, Kordestan Province.
They notified the cultural authorities of their finds that allegedly go back to the 7th or 8th century BC.
The fantastic finds came completely out of the blue and the experts in the Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism department of Kordestan Province are doing an archaeological analysis on the new finds.
