Bahar, oldest pastry shop in Tehran

Bahar pastry shop is famous for being the oldest pastry in Iran’s capital Tehran.

It was founded by Akbar Bahar about 83 years ago. It is currently run by his grandchild Mehrdad.

The oldest pastry shop lies at Sarcheshmeh crossroads in Tehran.

Bahar shop is known for its traditional sweets and pastries. It is also considered the first pastry shop in Tehran to produce sugar-free sweet products for diabetic patients.
