Soleimani served an invaluable service to the humanity as an anti-terror general to establish peace and security.
Hundreds of young girls from around the Iranian capital city of Tehran came together to honor General Soleimani’s memory and said he was like a father to them.
Zahra Tousi, one of the girls attending the ceremony, said resistance and courage where bold characteristics of General Soleimani, and politicians and other officials should follow his path.
The attendees believed that martyr Soleimani’s attitude and perspective should be kept alive and taught to the next generations.
General Soleimani - the commander of the Quds Force of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) - was assassinated by a US drone strike at Baghdad’s international airport on January 3, 2020.
Here is a pictorial report of the young girls attending the ceremony while holding Iran’s flag and photos of General Soleimani.
