Visit historical Ala Garden in Tehran

Ala Garden is one of Iran’s historical buildings which used to be the residential house of the Pahlavi Prime Minister, Hossein Ala.

In the Qajar era, the house was built by a royal elite named Ala-o Saltaneh for summer residence. Later, the garden of 48,000 square meters was divided among his children.

In those days, the lands around this house were a wheat field and a cucurbits farm.

The building has been a place for the activities of Society of Iranian Calligraphists for over 20 years.
