iFilm series ‘The Forgotten’ narrates challenges in the life story of two young people in love.
In the select scene from the upcoming episode of the series, you can catch how love is slowly shaped without the consent of the girl’s father.
The series shows the chasm or so-called social differences between rich and poor. In such context, how would love between the main characters play out in this classical challenge?
‘The Forgotten’ tells the story of Morteza, a young man from a small village, over a span of forty years. When he loses his father at a young age, he’s forced to leave school and work in the fields to earn a living.
He falls in love with Golrokh; a girl from a wealthy family, but Golrokh’s family doesn’t agree to their marriage. After getting married, following a long process of fighting, Gorlokh insists that Morteza finish school and sign up for college.
She works hard in the fields while Morteza studies and becomes a doctor. Morteza eventually goes abroad on a scholarship and leaves Golrokh.
