Indian children fest awards ‘The Blue Girl’

Iranian feature-length drama ‘The Blue Girl’ has been awarded at the 8th Smile International Film Festival for Children and Youth (SIFFCY) in India.

Directed by Keivan Majidi, ‘The Blue Girl’ competed at the International Competition Section of the 2022 SIFFCY where it won the FCCI (Film Critics Circle of India) Award.

The story of ‘The Blue Girl’ is set in a remote village in the rocky mountains of Kordestan Province, where everyone is in love with football, but there is no flat ground to play the game.
