Grand Mosque of Gorgan: Iranian-Islamic architectural heritage

Jameh (Grand) Mosque of Gorgan is one of the tourist attractions in Gorgan City in Northern Iran.

The mosque was built during the Seljuk D ynasty and has spherical minaret with Kufic calligraphy.

The place is an architectural gem demonstrating Islamic and traditional Persian styles.
