Qasr-e Shirin under spotlight

Let's get to know Qasr-e Shirin, the hottest county in Iran’s Kermanshah.

It lies in the west of the province near the border between the Islamic Republic and Iraq.

Qasr-e Shirin is known for its tall palm trees and variety of crops.

Visitors of the region can also enjoy viewing its historical structures, including Char Qapi Fire Temple, Khosrow's Palace, and Shah Abbasi Caravansarai.

Most of the people in Kermanshah speak Kurdish.
