iFilm to air 'The Star of Life' series

iFilm’s series ‘The Star of Life’ has been scheduled to go on air from Thursday June 16, 2022.

Directed by Javad Ershad, the 2013 drama tells the story of people who work for emergency medical services in Tehran.

The focal point of the story is on Soleiman who has been in emergency services for 35 years and is running his own station now.

Even though his retirement is approaching, he’s still very much caught up in the problems that the station and the technicians under his supervision have to deal with.

The series cast list includes Sorayya Qasemi, Kamran Tafti, Behzad Farahani, Farrokh Nemati, Nima Raeesi, Hossein Mahjoub, and Fariba Motekhasses.

‘The Star of Life’ is a replacement for the series ‘Asleep and Awake’, and is scheduled to go on air daily at 18:00 GMT.

iFilm English TV will also repeat each episode of the series the next day at 00:00, 09:00 and 15:00 (all GMT times). It is comprised of 13 episodes.
