Charming scenes from Yazd

The centuries-old city of Yazd is the capital of a province of the same name that lies in central Iran.

More than two thousands hectares of land in Yazd Province is of historical texture.

The province is home to 6,500 cultural and natural heritage, 1,900 of them is registered on Iran’s national heritage list, while five others are inscribed on the UNESCO’s World Heritage List.

People are still living in the historic part of Yazd City where life is going on.
