Vakil Bath was established to the west of Vakil Mosque about 260 years ago. It dates back to the Zand dynasty.
It is inscribed on Iran’s national heritage list and has been turned into a museum of anthropology.
Wax figures that are on display in Vakil Bath show how ancient people were using the place to chat, take a rest, and hold traditional ceremonies such as the pre-wedding ritual of Hana-bandan.
