Iran cinemas are set to screen ‘Loopetou’ animation with the commencement of the Iranian school year
‘Loopetou’ animation by Abbas Askari revealed a poster with a tagline that reads, “Celebration of Iranian Toys in Cinema.”
"Ali's father treats his patients by teaching them how to make toys in Loopetou workshop. An unknown culprit vandalized the creative toy workshop, which is particularly popular among Iranian children. Ali tries to help his father who is now in a pickle," a synopsis for the flick reads.
Askari has directed award-winning animated movies 'The Elephant King’ and ‘Princess of Rome’.
School year in Iran starts on the first day of autumn in conjunction with the September equinox in the Northern Hemisphere.
