A stroll through historic Reza Bazaar in Iran’s Mashhad

Reza Bazaar with its unique beauty is considered a well-liked tourist spot in the holy city of Mashhad, Iran’s Khorasan Razavi Province.

Reza Bazaar is one of the most important shopping malls in the city built on two separate floors and two corridors with more than 1700 shops.

A large number of hotels are located around the bazaar.

The bazaar has six separate sections. In various sections, known as hashti, there are beautiful fountains and benches for tourists to relax.

Various souvenirs of the city are sold in the bazaar. The beautiful architecture of its two main entrances, built based on Islamic Iranian architecture, amazes every visitor.

Reza Bazaar attracts most pilgrims’ attention because of its proximity to the Holy Shrine of Imam Reza (AS), the eighth Imam of Shia Muslims.

All kinds of clothing, decorative items, turquoise rings, saffron, barberry, dried fruit and spices are sold on the first level of the bazaar.

When traveling to Mashhad, visit Reza Bazaar, a beautiful historical market, on the eastern side of the holy shrine.
