Iran’s Zanjan to host national olive festival

A national festival dedicated to olive and its products has been set to be held in Tarom county of Iran’s Zanjan Province.

The festival will take place on November 10 and 11, 2022.

The festival aims at introducing the region’s olive to the country as well as promoting the county’s tourism capacities.

According to the officials, an exhibitions of local food, traditional clothes, and music performances will also be held on the sideline of the festival.

The province of Zanjan is home to the architectural wonder of Soltaniyeh, the subterranean delights of the Katale-Khor caves, colorful mountains, and the UNESCO-registered Takht-e Soleiman ruins.
