‘The Dream’ to participate at Euroshorts

Iranian short film ‘The Dream’ has made its way to the Euroshorts Young Filmmakers international film festival in Poland.

‘The Dream’, directed by Mohammadreza Mohammadi, will take part in the 31st edition of the festival.

The film is about a young Afghan couple who tries to illegally enter Europe, but faces various challenges.

‘The Dream’ previously took part in the 73rd Montecatini International Short Film Festival.

Euroshorts’s most essential principle is “to promote and support young filmmakers – and all screenings of fiction, documentary, animation, experimental films and creative commercials serve that very purpose”, the event’s website reads.

Euroshorts is open to all short films which are “original, beautiful and powerful, including first films and student films”.

The event will kick off on November 28 and run until December 4.
