The 52nd edition of the event unveiled the official selection for its international competition on Wednesday.
Some 104 works are taking part in the international competition that includes different categories, including Animation, Feature films, Short Films, Feature-length Documentaries, and Short Documentaries.
This year, 3,460 Iranian films and more than 100 films from across the world were submitted to the festival with the aim of taking part in its 52nd edition.
The Roshd International Film Festival is the oldest film festival in Iran that focuses on educational films.
The 52nd edition of the festival kicked off on Monday and will run until December 4.
