He gets into trouble when a suicide bomber wearing an explosive vest approaches the vice president. He then has to evaluate the values that he sacrifices for.
'Bodyguard’ has so far been shown in a number of countries, including Germany, Canada, Australia, Britain, Lebanon, Syria and Afghanistan.
The Fajr Film Festival in Iran honored Parviz Parastouee, the star who portrays the leading role of the flick, with the Best Actor award.
The other members of the cast list are Amir Aqaee, Mohammad Hatami, Babak Hamidiyan, Shila Khodadad, Merila Zarei, Parivash Nazariyeh, Farhad Qaemian, and Mohammad Azizi.
‘Bodyguard’, made in 2015, is scheduled to go on air at 22:00 GMT (03:30 Tehran time).
