iFilm English TV to air ‘Bodyguard’

iFilm English TV’s feature ‘Bodyguard’ has been scheduled to go on air on April 25, 2026.

The movie, produced by Ehsan Mohammad-Hassani and directed by Ebrahim Hatamikia, reviews the story of a middle-aged bodyguard.

It chronicles the story of a middle-aged man who protects high-ranking political figures.

He gets into trouble when a suicide bomber wearing an explosive vest approaches the vice president. He then has to evaluate the values that he sacrifices for.

'Bodyguard’ has gone on the silver screen in a number of countries, including Germany, Canada, Australia, Britain, Lebanon, Syria and Afghanistan.

The Fajr Film Festival in Iran honored Parviz Parastouee, the star who portrays the leading role of the flick, with the Best Actor award.

The other members of the cast list are Amir Aqaee, Mohammad Hatami, Babak Hamidian, Shila Khodadad, Merila Zarei, Parivash Nazarieh, Farhad Qaemian, and Mahmoud Azizi.

‘Bodyguard’, made in 2015, is scheduled to go on air at 22:00 GMT.

iFilm English TV will also repeat the movie the next day at 04:00, 10:00 and 16:00.
