Gilan hosts Nowruz carnival of joy

Iranian city of Kelachay in Gilan Province has welcomed the New Year, launching a carnival of joy.

The event was hosting Nowruz rituals and songs with the parade of carnival of ethnic cultures and customs.

Located by the Caspian Sea shore, Kelachay is a city and capital of Kelachay District, in Rudsar County, Gilan Province, Iran.
