‘Paper Dream’ to participate at MTD festival

Iranian feature ‘Paper Dream’ has made its way to the More Than Decent Film Festival in the United States.

‘Paper Dream’ by Ali Atshani will be screened in the 2nd edition of MTD Film Festival.

The film is about an Albino teenage who has been out of public eye because of his appearance. The boy falls in love with a young girl who has taken advantage of his pure heart and made him a social media influencer.

The story of the film is based on an idea by Atshani, but the film’s screenplay is written by Jaber Qassem Ali.

‘Paper Dream’ is starring Kamran Tafti and Mina Vahid.

The film was awarded at the 10th edition of the Borrego Springs Film Festival (BSFF) in the United States.

The More Than Decent Film Festival is “a three-day event in which the work of many independent filmmakers from Newberry and beyond get a chance to show their hard work, their labors of love if you will”, the event’s website reads.

The upcoming edition of MTD film festival will take place on April 21-23.
