Blueberry is a native fruit in North America and parts of Europe, so it is widely cultivated in these regions. The fruit, which has a wild nature, was first domesticated in the 21st century.
Right now, America and Canada are the biggest producers of this fruit in the world.
In recent years, varieties of blueberry have been imported into Iran, and their compatibility is currently being investigated in different provinces, including Alborz Province.
