Safflower harvest in early summer

Safflower harvest has been started in Isfahan Province.

With the production of 6,000 tons of safflower seeds, Isfahan has become the largest producer in the country and this product is exported due to its natural colors and medicinal properties.

This plant is used in the preparation of natural color to be used in food, health and cosmetic industries.
