‘Let’s Make Peace’ vying in Italy

Iranian animation ‘Let’s Make Peace’ is vying at the Cartoon Club- International Festival of Animation Cinema, Comics and Game- in Italy.

The Soureh Cinema Organization production is representing Iran at this year’s edition of the event.

‘Let’s Make Peace’ is about two neighbors who are in contact with each other. They sometimes become friends and sometimes fight with each other.

The animated piece previously bagged many awards such as the best animation award at the Animur International Animated Film Festival in Russia.

The International Cartoon Club Festival is one of the best-known festivals in the Italian scene.

It is a remarkable window for animation works, short films in particular – fiction, educational, experimental, computer graphic – and with a whole section solely dedicated to comics and games.

The 39th edition of the festival is currently underway from July 10 – 16, 2023.
