Director of 'Gando' reveals latest TV creation

Javad Afshar, the mastermind behind the acclaimed series 'Gando’, has unveiled his latest television venture ‘Narya’.

According to a recent media report, the shooting stage of the series started with a professional cast and the participation of several accomplished actors in Kermanshah, Iran.

Produced by Mohammad Morsipour, the series has been commissioned by the Film and Series Center of IRIB World Service.

The new Iranian series 'Narya' will be filmed in Turkey and Armenia as well.

The screenplay, co-written by Hamid Rasoulpour and Samia Tajik, has been created under the attentive gaze of Afshar, who has contributed his artistry in refining its essence.

An ensemble of acclaimed actors graces the screen in 'Narya', including Saman Safari, Amir Yal Arjmand, Kazem Balouchi, Fariba Motakhases and Afsaneh Chehreh-Azad, as well as some actresses from Turkey playing in the series.

Among the new faces that grace 'Narya' are Zahra Naderifar as Hojan, Mohammad-Saeed Farazmand as Suran, and Donya Fathi as Mastaneh.

As the series unfolds its narrative, additional talented actors will join the ensemble.

Spanning 50 episodes, 'Narya' is about Hojan, a brilliant and scientific Iranian girl, embarking on an extraordinary quest to create a phenomenon that will propel Iran to an unprecedented pinnacle.
