iFilm TV to start airing ‘The Honeymoon’

iFilm English TV Channel has been scheduled to air ‘The Honeymoon’ from November 20, 2023.

The series, produced by Majid Owji and directed by Shahed Ahmadlou, is set to go on air from Monday.

In ‘The Honeymoon’, Amir who is an English Language graduate is now studying Puppetry major. He intends to ask Shirin’s father for her hand in marriage.

However, Shirin is supposed to marry her cousin, Khosro and the plan has been set some years ago.

While her family considers it done, Shirin is willing to join Amir in matrimony.

Knowing her father will never get along, she is seeking some solution to resolve the situation.

Among the actors starring in the series are Yousef Teymouri, Kamand Amir-Soleymani, Shahrokh Estakhri, Nafiseh Roshan, Mohammad Motee, Amir-Hossein Seddiq, Sahar Valadbeigi, Felora Sam, Parvaneh Masoumi, Saeed Pour-Samimi, and the director.

‘The Honeymoon’, made in 2009, will replace the series ‘The Doormat’, to be broadcast daily at 18:00 GMT.

iFilm English TV will also repeat each episode of the series the next day at 00:00, 09:00 and 15:00 GMT. The series is comprised of 15 segments.
