Iranian screen actors Saber Abar and Elham Korda have joined the cast of ‘The Language of Wild Raspberries’ theatrical play.
Directed by Shiva Masoudi, the play will make its debut July 31, 2017 at Paliz Theater in Iranian capital city of Tehran.
Born 1984 in Tehran, Saber Abar began his career on the small screen by hosting TV shows such as 'Rainbow' and '100 Seconds'. He debuted his cinematic career in 2005 with 'Poets of the Wastes'.
Abar has appeared in the movies 'Three Women' (2007), 'Nothing' (2009), 'Agha Yousef' (2010), 'Here, without Me' (2010), 'At the End of 8th Street' (2011), 'Nowhere, No One' (2012), Everything for Sale' (2013), 'Dreamy' (2013), 'Sending Condolences Ad to Newspaper' (2013), 'Crazy Rook' (2014), 'My Heart Desires' (2014), 'Dowry's Sugar Bowl' (2015).
He has also directed the plays 'Dying 21 Times in 30 Days' and "V's and Commas".
Born 1978 in Tehran, Elham Korda began her artistic career with theater in 2001 going on stage in several plays and directing a play in 2011.
She has appeared in a number of movies, including ‘Snow on the Pines’ (2011), ‘The Painting Pool’ (2012), ‘Melbourne’ (2013), ‘Angels Come Together’ (2013), ‘Arghavan’ (2014), and ‘Born’ (2015).
Korda has also acted in some series, including ‘Bewilderment’ (2011), ‘Mehrabad’ (2012), and ‘Reverse Interpretation of a Dream’ (2015).
