iFilm's movies for upcoming weekend

Catch the latest updates on iFilm TV Channels' weekend movies and plan your TV time based on your language of choice.

The weekend varies through the sister channels of iFilm English, Arabic, Farsi and iFilm2. Therefore, the end of week falls on Thursday on iFilm2 and iFilm Farsi, Friday and Saturday on iFilm Arabic, and Saturday on iFilm English.

iFilm English:

iFilm English TV will air ‘Private Party’ on Saturday January 27 at 22:00 GMT.

A comedy movie titled ‘The Footballers’ will keep your company on Thursday January 25 at 16:30 GMT.

The film tells the story of the promotion of a first division football team to the Premier League and the problems they face along the way. With the arrival of the Brazilian coach, some problems are multiplied and whatever happens adds up to the chaos.

iFilm Farsi:

Tune in to iFilm Farsi on Thursday January 25 at 17:30 GMT to watch ‘Grand Father’.

Hossein and his wife, Fakhri, are both bank employees. The two live in his father's house with his son, Mohammad, who is so much dependent on his grandpa. Fakhri receives a loan from the bank and asks his brother to find an apartment for them. The young woman’s desire for independence leads to a patchy road full of turbulences and heartbreaks.

iFilm Arabic:

Tune in to iFilm Arabic this weekend to watch a historical movie titled ‘Behind the Veil of Fog’. The film will come to you on Friday January 26 at 19:00 GMT.

Morteza, a deaf rural boy, suffers from hallucinations and mental crisis because of his love for his mother. His friends play an essential role in the conflict between the boy and his new teacher and it goes on until they lead them to a bitter and sad ending.

The channel is also set to televise ‘33 Days’ in Arabic on Saturday January 27 at 19:00 GMT.

te film tells the story of an Israeli defeat. In 2006, the zionist regime invaded Lebanon in an effort to wipe out the Islamic Resistance, but after 33 days, it was forced to admit defeat and retreat from the country.
