New series to enrich Iranian TV

Iranian television is gearing up for an eclectic lineup of series and diverse offerings.

1. ‘Bright Days’ begins filming with 90s nostalgic vibe

The new TV series ‘Bright Days’, directed by Vahid Amirkhani and produced by Hossein Payandeh, has begun filming, embracing a nostalgic 1990s ambiance.

Set to be made in 65 episodes, the series delves into the aesthetic and cultural moods of Iran in the 1990s.

Amirkhani is well-known for his cinematic works, including ‘Kingslayer’ and ‘Within a Certain Time’, as well as the TV series ‘Special Conditions’.

His latest work ‘Bright Days’ is being produced by Owj Arts and Media Organization in Badban Studio, promising a high-quality production that appeals to a broad audience.

2. ‘Pardisan’ begins filming under Mohammad-Reza Ahanj's direction

Filming for the new series ‘Pardisan’, directed by Mohammad-Reza Ahanj, has recently begun in Sima Films Broadcast Media Production and Distribution.

The production, managed by Parviz Amiri and Seyyed-Sajjad Qafelehbashi, is progressing through its initial stages.

‘Pardisan’ follows Ahanj’s earlier TV success with ‘Dear Brother’.

3. ‘Main Path’ wraps up filming, moves to post-production

The new series ‘Main Path’, produced by Ali-Akbar Tahvilian and directed by Seyyed Mohammad-Reza Kheradmandan, has completed filming and begun post-production phase.

The highly anticipated series features notable actors such as Amirali Danaee, Sanaz Saeedi, Mohammad Naderi, and Zahra Davoudnejad.

The storyline centers on the life of Hossein Baharvand, Iranian founder and director of Royan Institute for Stem Cell Biology and Technology, capturing key moments and achievements in his journey.
