New Iranian animation reveals poster

The official poster for the highly anticipated animated film ‘The Gools’ has been unveiled just ahead of its theatrical release in Iran.

Directed by Kianoush and Farzad Dalvand and produced by Dariush Dalvand and Sara Emami, this vibrant film will charm younger audiences in Iran starting on Wednesday, November 20.

The film won the Golden Butterfly Award for Best Direction at the 36th International Film Festival for Children and Young Adults in Iran.

The animation is a free adaptation of the Iranian folktale ‘Shangoul and Mangoul’.
