Iranian animation ‘The Elephant King’ has been scheduled to be screened at the second half of the current Persian year.
Recently received the credit to be screened, 'The Elephant King’ is predicted to be successful at the box office, just like Hadi Mohammadian’s previous animation ‘Princess of Rome’.
Produced by Iran-based Honar Pooya Group, the 'effects' component of 'The Elephant King' dubbing is underway in the US.
Running for 90 minutes in collaboration with a team of 150 professionals, the animated movie has the largest number of characters among Iranian animations so far.
Set in Africa, the animation film ‘The Elephant King’ narrates the story of an elephant who rules over its group like a king.
The queen bears him a son and everybody expects the son to replace his father as heir to the throne. The clumsy baby elephant, however, disappoints them all.
