‘Autumn Memories’ directed by Ali Fakhr Mousavi has been chosen to participate in the Lisbon International Film Festival.
The film will be competing in the next edition of the Portuguese film festival which will be held on December 21, 2017.
The movie is the common product of Iran, Ukraine, and the Czech Republic which started shooting in October 2015 in Ukraine and it was entirely done outside of Iran.
‘Autumn Memories’ is an anti-war love story which depicts the story of a girl whose home and family have been attacked by terrorist groups. As a person who has experienced displacement, blindness and loss of speech she can ultimately find peace and love in another part of the world along with people who are themselves affected by war.
The movie cast list includes Nazanin Ahmady Shahpour Abady, Aleksandr Ignatusha, Galyna Karpin, Oleksa Kravchuk, Dmytro Linartovych, Nazar Regush, Oleksandr Vakulyuk, Olga I. Voytanovich.
The Lisbon International Film Festival is a quarterly online film festival meant to showcase innovative independent cinema from around the world by up-and-coming artists.
