Official international poster for Iranian film ‘Israfil’ is unveiled at the BFI London Film Festival in the UK.
Directed by Ida Panahandeh, the movie was screened twice during the London film festival starting October 4, 2017.
‘Israfil’ is the second feature film by Panahandeh. The drama deals with human challenges and needs.
“The girl who loves Behrouz will return. The dead will return to life,” the movie’s short synopsis reads.
The flick features Pejman Bazeghi, Hedieh Tehrani, Merila Zarei and Hoda Zeinolabedin.
The music for the movie was composed by Majid Pousti and the sound effects were finalized by Iranian sound designer Hossein Aboulsedq.
The 61st BFI London Film Festival is slated for 4-15 October 2017.
