Iran is set to jointly produce Television series in collaboration with Syria, head of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting says.
Abdulali Aliasgari announced Friday on the sidelines of a visit to the General Organization of Radio and TV in Syria, “We have reached an agreement to produce two TV series” with the Arab country, adding, “More details will be revealed upon conclusion of the deal.”
Syria Minister of Information Mohammad Ramez Tourjman said for his part, “Various plans are under review in line with national interest of both countries with a focus on resistance and tackling with Takfiri plots in the region.”
He added, “ Syria giverment supports series featuring the country’s events.”
The IRIB general director visited Syrian capital city of Damascus on Thursday and was received by the Arab country’s Information Minister.
