110 short films from around the world have been scheduled to compete at the 34th edition of Tehran International Short Film Festival.
The secretary of the 34th Tehran International Short Film Festival took part in a press conference on Saturday and announced that 110 short films from 44 countries will be screened at the competition section of the event.
The final works have been selected out of about 5900 films submitted to the secretariat from 117 countries.
Iranian Youth Cinema Society (IYCS) organizes Tehran International Short Film Festival ( TISFF ) annually in Autumn. It is one of the oldest film festivals not only in Iran but also in the region.
The festival hosts the Internationally well-known festival directors and cineastes from around the world.
The event is slated for October 17-22, 2017 Tehran, Iran.
