Radiant Angel filmfest to host Iran series

Iranian series ‘Days of Impatience’ is to compete at the International Charity Film Festival 'Radiant Angel' in Russia.

More than 150 works from Iran, Russia, Italy, Sweden, and Iraq are scheduled to be screened at the event.

‘Days of Impatience’ narrates the story of a newlywed couple who are expecting a child.

Raha, the wife, goes into a coma in an accident, but the baby is born; after some time, her husband, Farhad, gets married with Sara (Raha's close friend). Before long, Raha comes out of the coma.

The International Charity Film Festival's aim is to show films about kindness, love and justice, especially to children and teenagers.

The motto of this year's festival is ‘Kind Cinema’, which conveys the message that many contemporaries feel that cinema has changed into a toll for making idols for the senses, and there are people who are willing to stand for and promote the ideas of high art, correlated with unchanging moral principles, to a wide audience.
