Iran Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei has sent a message of hope to up-and-coming Iranian documentary filmmakers.
The Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran recently told a group of young documentary filmmakers that there are countless reasons for being hopeful, while going on to give five pieces of advice.
Ayatollah Khamenei first highlighted the importance of the Islamic Revolution, reminding filmmakers to preserve the orientation of the movement and that professional reputation should not overcome the revolutionary integrity of work.
He also said the enemy's soft war is based on lies, and that history has proven the righteousness of the Islamic Republic and the deviation of the enemies.
The Leader went on to say that one of the main goals of the enemy is to promote pessimism and disappointment, while art can be the source of hope, motivation, movement, and passion, based on the facts.
The young filmmakers were also advised to critique documentary films using an advisory tone and providing a solution.
Finally, he elucidated on the power of asking help from God in matters of guidance in professional work.
